Sunflower Festival at Maple Lawn Farms Detailed Schedule Options

  • This will double the price of entry into the Sunflower Festival.


    • August 10th Sunflower Festival Booths will be open from 10am-6pm. All booths must be set up and ready by the opening hour, including removing vehicles from the event space. 8th Annual Sunflower Festival at Maple Lawn Farms, guests will be enjoying music, food, sunflowers, and your booth, all within the ticketed event space.

    • Sunday, August 11th, Sunflower Festival Booths will be open from 1pm-6pm. All booths must be set up and ready by the opening hour, including removing vehicles from the event space. 8th Annual Sunflower Festival at Maple Lawn Farms, guests will be enjoying music, food, sunflowers, and your booth, all within the ticketed event space.





    Please consider that sharing more links, pictures, and descriptions aids in determining and ultimately approving booth requests quickly. 

    Additional consideration is given to vendors who demonstrate the ability to help promote the festival through social media. 


    It is understood and agreed that the vendor applicant assumes all of the risk to persons and property which may be connected with the use of the product, the use of the premises on which the product is sold, and that the Sunflower Festival at Maple Lawn Farms will have no liability for personal injuries or property damage or both suffered by any person or persons in connection with such use.

    The vendor applicant hereby releases Maple Lawn Farms, Maple Lawn Entertainment, Inc and all agents thereof from all such liability and agrees to indemnify Maple Lawn Farms, its officers, agents, employees, and owners and to hold it and them harmless from any loss (including attorney’s fees and court costs) from any and all claims by any person or persons for damage or injury arising from the use of such premises. NO CASH REFUNDS for cancellation of Booth Space.

    Same policies for Craft Vendors and Food Vendors.

    You will be notified if any adjustments may be enforced by the Sunflower Festival Weekends.

    Reservation forms are due by June 15 for the Sunflower Festival. You may schedule any day or days. We encourage full-weekend attendance to maximize your sales and provide a consistent experience for attendees. You may pay for your space online in advance once you have been selected.
    Each vendor must communicate through email to [email protected] prior to and during the festival season. We will not be available by phone.
    For those that are Direct Sellers (Scentsy, Paparazzi, Color Street, Mary Kay, etc.) Maple Lawn Farms will only have one vendor represented at the festival. (At this date, we have none.)
    Please send a jpeg file with your items for sale so we can limit duplication as much as possible.
    All vendors will have assigned spots this season, so it is very important to let us know your 10 X 10 spacing needs.
    We will advertise you as a vendor on our website and social media with approximately 35,000 followers and expect you to do the same on your social media outlets a minimum of three times, once per week in the preceding weeks o the festival.
    Vendors must arrive at least one hour before the event for set-up and remain for the duration of the day.
    You may park your personal vehicle to unload your set-up and goods, but then you must move to a designated parking area. Due to our space alotted, attendee safety protocols and additional attractions at this sunflower festival you will NOT be able to leave your personal vehicle at the booth.
    All vendors must provide their own tents, tables, and chairs for display. Vendors may purchase more than one space each day. Campers/mobile stores that also use a tent must purchase the amount of space needed for both tent and camper/mobile store. Tents must be staked down for safety. We prefer you use metal T-posts found at Tractor Supply or Southern States rather than sandbags. You will find that this is the sturdiest anchor. If you need a generator, it should be QUIET-RUN. We do not provide electricity.
    There are 15 outdoor spaces available to full weekend vendors on a first request, first-serve basis. Please send email to [email protected]
    Tents may NOT be left up during the week, HOWEVER, you may leave your tent for the weekend, if you are registered for all weekend dates, as long as it is secured by T-posts during the week and the canopy is removed.
    We will not have overnight security.
    You will be responsible for removing your own trash.
    The space reservation fee is non-refundable.
    Maple Lawn Farms is not responsible for items left after hours.
    Vendors must comply with all Federal, State and Local laws, regulations and codes. You are responsible for meeting the COVID requirements as mandated by Pennsylvania and the CDC at the time of the festival.
    Vendors must employ the highest standards for neatness, cleanliness and sanitation. You are responsible for keeping your area presentable to the public.
    By submitting your application, you agree to follow all farm rules and policies as stated on the website.
